旅遊中心／綜合報導 2017年是新的一年，CNN(美國有線電視新聞網)網站也在這新的一年列出了全球最佳新餐廳（The best new restaurants for 2017），一共有18家，包括有倫敦的韓式烤肉餐廳、紐約的丹麥美食、位於杜拜的海鮮餐廳等，它們都是最熱門的新餐廳，全球的饕客都會為了品嚐美食而不惜買機票飛過去。 CNN選出的18家的2017全球最佳新餐廳，有位於日本與美國的壽司店(鮨和魂與Sushi Ginza Onodera)、香港的12,000 Francs、杜拜的海鮮餐廳Nathan Outlaw at Al Mahara，甚至有位於開曼群島的西班牙輕食餐廳Avecita，從加勒比海到南半球紐西蘭都有。

香港的12,000 Francs餐廳主打的是創新歐陸菜色，同時以傳統烹調保存技術，像是醃漬、煙燻等，創作出不同的新料理，而餐廳除了提供美味料理之外，還有80多個品牌的酒單。
